Diversity, equity and inclusion is an important area of our work at AE. AE is committed to achieving a diverse and inclusive workplace and we are passionate about ensuring that both our team and all those that we work with feel confident and empowered to deliver on or attend our programmes.
As a not-for-profit organisation, AE's aim is to widen participation of young people in the outdoors. This ultimately impacts how they feel, how they live their lives, how they contribute to society and how they protect the natural environment for future generations.
