DofE Business Residentials
As part of the DofE Business programme, delegates undertake a residential element at Gold level.
AE works with a range of businesses to provide adventurous outdoor activity residentials for the DofE Business programme. Outdoor activities can be combined with other elements to provide a well-rounded, cost-efficient programme that carries the ethos, values and ethics throughout. Residentials and adventurous outdoor activities can be combined with:
- DofE pre-expedition training elements;
- Environmental action and conservation with completion of the John Muir Award;
- Yoga, mindfulness and meditation tools training for use in helping to deal with emotions, anxiety and stressors that might arise in the workplace;
- Challenges for a chosen charity e.g. sponsored abseil.
Each residential is tailored to the specific needs, aims and objectives of both your business and your group of delegates. Programme design is a collaborative process between AE and business managers, ensuring the location, dates, timings and content give the best possible results.
